Pinterest Project #136 Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes

FUN!
I made these today with Emm and we had a ball.
I know mine has a TON of icing on it..but I really wanted the soft ice cream effect..and I love icing.

These are pretty simple to make and a lot of fun!
