#202 Strawberry Lemonade Cake!
WOW this was a really fun cake to make and I think I like that it looks vintage with that pink icing.
I added lemon zest to the icing and also made a simple syrup to soak the layers in with lemon zest.

Pinterest Project #182 Instant Pot Broccoli Cheese soup
I know it is the middle of July but we eat a lot of soup in our house every Season.
My daughter loved this one. This was so quick to make too in the instant pot!
We used the broccoli from my Dads garden and it was just amazingly good!

#173 Cauliflower Pizza Crust
Finally tried this and I am SHOCKED how easy this was and how Delicious it tastes!
I have been trying to make healthier choices with food and this fits the bill perfectly.
Very low cal and makes you feel like you had pizza for dinner without all the extra calories included.

Pinterest Project #168 Instant Pot Beef Stew
I Love my Instant pot!
This beef stew took less than 1.5 hours from start to finish and tastes like it has been cooking all day!
The recipe I used can be found HERE
I used frozen peas in mine at the end of cooking. This is a very basic recipe but a good starting point.
Next time I am going to try some red wine as well to increase the depth of flavor. Overall we are very happy with how this turned out.
