Pinterest Project #181 Amish Potato Rolls

Since we returned from our trip to Lancaster I have been craving these potato rolls.

I had them at the shady maple buffet and they were soooo good so I tried to find a recipe I thought would be similar and here it is! 

These are soft and light and pillowy. They are delicious.

Not too complicated but definitely time consuming. They are worth every minute though!!

Glazed Donuts Pinterest Project #179

I made these for my husbands birthday since he is not much of a cake fan.
This was my first attempt at home made donuts and they are just delicious.
The only change I made was to air fry them for 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees!

Pinterest Project #166 Cranberry Pie with thick Pecan Crumble

WOW is all I can say about this pie. This is FABULOUS. Do yourself a favor and make this pie.
This will be my go to pie from now on for Thanksgiving. The crust is delicious and the crumble fantastic with the tart cranberries. Really Amazing Recipe.

Pinterest Project #164 Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Delicious and perfect for a chilly day like today. The cranberries add that nice tartness to the pumpkin spices. I also added orange zest to this that gave it a nice zing.

Ok these were really easy to make and taste delicious.
I just followed the recipe for the bisquick peanut butter cookies but made them into thumb prints with strawberry jelly. Very good.
