I Love my Instant pot!
This beef stew took less than 1.5 hours from start to finish and tastes like it has been cooking all day!

I used frozen peas in mine at the end of cooking. This is a very basic recipe but a good starting point.
Next time I am going to try some red wine as well to increase the depth of flavor. Overall we are very happy with how this turned out.
