Pinterest Project #150 Caramel Apple Upside Down Cake
What a great way to spend rainy and cold fall day!! This is a recipe from Land O Lakes and I think it turned out beautiful and tastes even better! I guess I could have arranged the apples a little neater but I am pretty proud of my first try at an upside down cake!
