Pinterest Project #129 30 Minute Skillet Lasagna

I am finally getting settled in a bit and able to start cooking again! It is a little challenging because the kitchen does not have a working oven or cook top yet. That will come at some point. In the mean time I have an electric cooktop, crock pot, nuwave oven and a toaster oven so it is working out for now.

I was going to make traditional lasagna this evening but found this  Skillet Lasagna and decided to give it a try.
Very easy to make and quick! Came out delicious.
