Christmas Cocoa Fudge

A very simple fudge recipe using canned frosting!






Recipe:
1 - 16 ounce can of vanilla icing
12 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips
6 small candy canes crushed into tiny pieces
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Transfer the icing into a microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted
Add your chocolate chips and stir until they are melted
Add your candy canes and peppermint extract
Pour into 8x8 greased baking dish lined with parchment paper
Add marshmallows to the top and press down a bit so they set up.
Pop in the fridge until set and Enjoy!
