I saw some brownie waffles on pinterest and thought maybe I could try it with corn bread mix!
It worked and tasted really delicious.
Next time I might add some canned corn to the cornmeal mix and see how that comes out...or even creamed corn.
Served over home made chili. Great easy dinner and very satisfying!
