Oatmeal Raisin Cookies made with Cake Mix

There are a lot of cake mix cookie recipes out there. This is my own spin on the Cake Mix Cookie.

Recipe :

1 Box of yellow cake mix
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup Old fashioned oats
1/2 cup raisins.

Mix the cake mix, baking powder and cinnamon together.
Add in the eggs and oil and mix until well combined.
Fold in the oats and raisins.

Bake in the oven 10-11 minutes at 375 degrees.


Thats it!
Simple and Easy and a delicious cookie.


I think I will try making some chocolate peanut butter cake mix cookies next!
