Delicious and Easy.
The batter was nice and thick and really turned out a delicious muffin.
I used the bananas I had in my freezer.
I always freeze my bananas when they get overripe. They work out great for baking banana bread or muffins.
Just peel them and stick them in a ziplock bag. Easy!
Take them out a few hours before baking and let them defrost in a bowl as banana juice (? lol) will spill out on the counter!
