This is the BEST dough in the world for pizza.
It is called Shiacciata and is an Italian flat bread that typically combines olive oil with tomato and rosemary. This evening I decided to make a pizza out of my shiacciata dough and it was amazing!
The recipe uses bread flour but I actually used regular old all purpose flour and it did the trick.
The dough can hold a lot of toppings on your pizza.
It is really crispy and it is baked on a cookie sheet with olive oil.
