Miss Alley Hates the Air Conditioner

Well...this is what Miss Alley does when I DARE turn on the Air because it is 900 degrees out and humid

...ready...

Yes...she goes out on HER sun porch and lounges with a pathetic look on her face..

...She decides she is bored and stares in the glass window with the biggest eyes

Like she is being betrayed!

As if to say..How dare you Lock me out!

Oh this cat is too much sometimes!!

She literally goes into a hissy fit if I turn on that air

Runs around like a nut job

insists on going out

She will even pound her paws against the glass to get me to let her out

Warms her little self up a bit..

Feels better and decides to stare in at me as if I am torturing her!

Life with Alley is never dull!

Oh Miss Kitty Alley...

What's Up?
Have I bored you today by being home with you ALL DAY??

I don't know what to do either besides look for a JOB!

I thought maybe putting your picture up yawning in a box was a good way to get my blog going?

What do you think?

I think I shall start the story of my Alley Cat ...and how she came to be mine..

And stop Yawning already kitty!

It will be a great adventure for us both.

My Tomato Plants

I have a tomato plant...Just one.

It is not growing.
Alley is..(too many treats since I have been home)!

I have about 3 tomatoes on it and they are pretty much the same size as when they bloomed off the flower..not good.
Perhaps it is the baby that SCREAMS all day and night that lives upstairs?
I think the tomatoes are afraid!!
I know I am!!!!
Perhaps it is just lack of light...sigh...
I think it is the SCREAMING!
I can't wait to get a house with no neighbors!
Miss Alley too!
She does not like all that noise while trying to sunbathe!

I am soooo Over 2008

I have to say this has been a tough year...I am looking forward to 2009 and all the GOOD it will bring.

This is one of my favorite songs by Dolly Parton and I was inspired to do a painting..my snowmen of course and black cats....
