Spooky Flour Tortilla Chips with Spicy Pumpkin Bean Dip

 
Cut Spooky shapes out of flour tortillas for a fun and healthy snack!
 
We made ghosts/cats and pumpkins.
 
Spray them with olive oil.
 
Sprinkle them with salt and chili powder.
 
Bake them in the oven at 375 for about 10 minutes.
 
I used a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet and they came out nice and crispy.
 
 
 
Spicy Pumpkin Bean Dip
 
One can of Northern White Beans
One heaping TBS. Pumpkin Puree (not pumpkin pie puree)
Pinch of Salt
1/2 tsp of chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 medium clove of garlic
 A squeeze or two of fresh lemon juice
1-2 TBS olive oil..as much as needed to achieve consistency
 
Puree all of this in a food processor or blender.
