Pinterest Project #28 Meatloaf Cupcakes...How Cute!

These are just adorable and I could not resist making them for Emmeline.

I tried to get the potatoes to look like icing but my mashed potatoes were chunkier so they did not pipe well out of my piping bag...but they still looked cute.

I used my own meatloaf recipe but the idea comes from Grinning Cheek To Cheek
