I ran out of Panko so I substituted with Cheez-it crackers!
Hey..that is what I had on hand..and I like to use what I have most times...and this time it worked out great!
I knew they would have enough oil in them and crunch..so I just put them in a baggie and rolled them with the rolling pin until they were crumbly..not too fine but similar to the texture of panko bread crumbs.. Worked Perfectly!
